Following are several recent Elcatech's Embedded Hardware/Software projects that demostrates our diversified skills and capabilities that enable us to deal with complex projects in wide range of technology areas:

Marvell's BobCat based Networking Platform 1

  • Complex multi-layer high speed board design
  • Integrated 800Mhz ARM processor with DDRII interface
  • Varies high-speed on board and backplane SerDes busses implemented: XAUI (10G), QSGMII (5G), SGMII (1G), PCIe
  • Complex internal stacking ports for cascading two boards and supporting 96 1G ports in total.
  • Varies external interfaces: 48 1G copper (24 through a dedicated backplane), two 1G fiber (SFP)

ST's STM32 Based Industrial Applications Platform

  • Elcatech's full turnkey project that involves: embedded HW/SW design, purchasing and production 
  • ARM Cortex-M3 STM32F107 MCU with 10/100BT, USB2.0 and serial data interfaces
  • Altera's MAXII CPLD based VHDL implementation of DC motor control (4 simultaneous channels)
  • 868Mhz/915Mhz RF receiver for wireless control

  • ARIAII GX FPGA based multiprotocol high density, multilayer communication platform
  • PLX PCIe to PCI-X bridge
  • Compliant with VITA VPX XMC module standard
  • Varies communication interfaces: SerDes, ECL, RS422
  • Class 3 military grade design

  TI's CC11XX (Chipcon) based RF Transceiver 

  • 433/868/915MHz or 2.4GHz wireless receiver/transmitter
  • Extremely compact form factor (approx. 10mm x 20mm)
  • Onboard chip Antenna
  • Programmable output power (-30 dbm to +10dbm)
  • Extremely low power consumption: 0.2uA in idle mode suitable for long life battery applications (operated by a CR1025 battery)
  • Flex PCB based technology user interface
  • Elcatech's full turnkey project that involves: Embedded HW/SW design, purchasing and production (high volume)
